Growing up surrounded by my mother and grandmother’s love for gardening, I have cherished memories of strolls through the garden, absorbing their wisdom about diverse flowers and their care.
My creative journey began in the world of costuming for theatre and film. Over nearly two decades as the Head of Wardrobe for Red Deer Polytechnic (formerly College), I connected with many inspiring individuals in collaborative projects.
Being a lifelong learner, I transitioned my career, venturing into the world of floral design. Now, with a comfortable stride in this fulfilling new chapter, I’ve found a fresh canvas for my creativity. Floral design not only provides a vibrant avenue for my artistic expression but also allows me to continue the fulfilling work of helping people convey their emotions through flowers.
I am eager to continue my creative exploration of this fascinating medium, embracing the endless possibilities that floral design brings.
